Our award winning infused olive oil blends and gourmet recipes are globally inspired, the ingredients are local and all natural. We are dedicated to making the best infused extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars in the industry using only the freshest ingredients in our blends. Each oil and vinegar is carefully hand-crafted, enduring months and months of trial and error until the perfect formula has been created.
Our hand-crafted sweet and savory jams and spreads come from recipes passed down through generations with our California twist added. All products are made in small batches to preserve quality. You’ll find the freshest, all natural ingredients in all our jams, spreads and chutneys.
During harvest season, sometime between October and November, olives are mechanically harvested, to ensure the least amount of damage to the olive and the tree. Olives are not touched by hand nor touch the ground. As soon as the olives are picked from the trees, they are immediately sent to the mill for pressing into "liquid gold", extra virgin olive oil.
